Creativity: I am open-minded, enjoy novelty and change, and often coming up with new and interesting ideas.
Thinking: How abstractly or concretely I prefer to think when solving problems. I prefer to be hands on and get stuck in. I enjoy finding intuitive solutions to practical problems and believe learning comes from experience, not text-books. I apply my common-sense approach to even complex situations.
Drive: I am confident and always aim to do my very best work, but I don't see the people around me as rivals. So while I enjoy being praised for my achievements, I am equally happy to see others being recognised for theirs.
Connections: I enjoy being at a stage in my career where I am helping other people, establishing connections and
growing a network.
Freedom: I prefer not to be bound by rules and routines. Because I am constantly coming up with new ways of looking at things, I appreciate freedom and flexibility.
